Email Usage and Refunds
Once you have sent any emails using our paid plans, you are not eligible for a refund. This policy is strictly enforced regardless of the number of emails sent.
Refund Eligibility
If you have not sent any emails, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- A full refund (100%) can be requested within 48 hours of purchase if no emails have been sent. Refund will be initiated in 24 hours after the request.
- After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued even if no emails have been sent
